Hindan Sports Complex Golf Course
General Rules and Regulations
1. All players must comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the Hindan Sports Complex Golf Course.
2. The Golf Course is open to members and guests only.
3. Players must have a valid membership or guest pass to access the course.
4. Golf course timings, availability, and conditions are subject to change without prior notice due to weather, maintenance, or special events.
Course Etiquette
- Players must respect the course by repairing divots, ball marks, and raking bunkers.
- Players should not hold up the pace of play and must adhere to the established pace of play guidelines.
- Proper attire (collared shirts, golf shoes) is required at all times while on the course.
- Smoking is not allowed on the course except in designated smoking areas.
Membership Terms
- Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-transferable.
- Memberships are valid for the period specified at the time of registration (e.g., 1 year).
- Members are entitled to play the golf course, use the facilities, and participate in special events as per the membership type.
- The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in the event of any misconduct or violation of the club rules.
Special Events and Tournaments
- All special events, tournaments, and golf-related activities must be registered with the HSC Office.
- The club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Participation in tournaments may require an additional fee and adherence to specific tournament rules.
Liability and Waiver
- The club is not responsible for any injury or damage sustained by members, guests, or their property while using the course or facilities.
- Players are required to use the golf course at their own risk.
- By entering the club’s premises, players agree to abide by all the terms and conditions and waive any liability from the club related to injuries or damages.
Conduct and Discipline
- Any disruptive behavior, abuse, or violation of the club’s rules will result in disciplinary action, which may include suspension or termination of membership.
- Members are expected to maintain a respectful atmosphere at all times within the golf course and other club facilities.
