Cancellation and Refund Policy

Hindan Sports Complex Golf Course


General Guidelines

  • All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the club’s official email or in person at the club’s front desk.
  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where cancellation is made in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via NEFT/Cheque method against the booking.
  • Refund requests will not be entertained for cancellations due to personal reasons such as illness, travel issues, or schedule conflicts.

Force Majeure

  • The club will not be held liable for failure to perform under this cancellation and refund policy if the failure is caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, or government regulations.
